about

We recognize that while menopause may not impact everyone directly, it likely affects someone in your life—whether a partner, spouse, mother, aunt, sister, daughter, or another significant individual.

Our mission is to drive measurable workplace change through education, partnership, and inclusive policies that empower individuals navigating peri/menopause. We work with organizations to recognize this life stage and retain top female talent through meaningful, lasting practices.

As a 100% female-designed and -operated company, we are committed to building inclusive, supportive environments for people from all walks of life. We welcome and affirm individuals of all diverse lived experiences, including members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

While we partner with companies Canada-wide, we are located in Calgary, Alberta, on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot Confederacy) and the people of Treaty 7, which includes the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, Tsuut’ina, and the Îyârhe Nakoda Nations (comprised of the Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney). This land is known traditionally by the Blackfoot as Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. Today, this area is called the city of Calgary and is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.

about the logo

We’ve had some thoughtful questions about the small design details of the logo — and yes, they’re intentional.

That little droplet in the favicon? It represents a drop of perspiration (or several!) — like those experienced during hot flashes.

Our logo also tells a story. The faded “M” reflects the sense of invisibility that many feel during menopause.

Look closely, and you’ll spot a red dot at the bottom of the ‘M.’  Subtle, but meaningful — and yes, it’s there on purpose.
